Jayne began her career at Diamond Generating Corporation in 2001. She has watched the company grow from 7 employees to the current roster of over 160. She is currently managing human resources, payroll, benefits, corporate insurance, office services and IT with the support of her talented staff.

Prior to joining DGC, she worked as the purchasing manager for a music distribution company with 53 locations in the US and in accounting for Bridgestone Tire Company.
