Mike provides legal support for our Boston Energy Trading and Marketing unit. Mike has spent most of his 20-plus year legal career at BETM, with a brief period serving as outside counsel to solar project developers, including our Nexamp subsidiary.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MBA from the University of Colorado, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy submarine service.
